Booking Policy
Plain-English terms. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book.

1. How to book
Bookings are made by WhatsApp, phone or email. We need your date, the package, the number of adults and children with ages, your pickup address, and a contact number that works in the UAE.
2. Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation containing the package, date, pickup window, total price and cancellation terms. A quotation on its own is not a confirmed booking.
3. Payment
Payment methods are confirmed with your booking and may include card, bank transfer or cash on the day depending on the package. Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
4. Pickup and timing
We give a pickup window rather than an exact minute. Please be ready at the agreed point at the start of the window. Drivers can wait a short time before the departure proceeds without you.
5. Direct arrival at the camp
Guests arriving at Al Badayer Desert Camp under their own transport should allow enough time for check-in, the safety briefing and equipment fitting before their activity slot.
6. Changes by you
Date and package changes are free if requested at least 24 hours before your pickup or activity time, subject to availability. Inside 24 hours, see the cancellation and refund policy.
7. Changes by us
We may change the route, the dune area, the camp or the vehicle where safety, weather or operational conditions require it. Where a change materially reduces what you booked, you may take a free reschedule or a refund.
8. Group bookings
Larger groups, corporate events and private convoys are quoted individually and may require a deposit. Those terms are set out in the quotation.
9. Accuracy of your details
You are responsible for the accuracy of the pickup address, contact number and guest ages you give us. A missed pickup caused by an incorrect address or an unreachable phone is treated as a no-show.
