For riders who prefer two wheels to four, we can arrange dirt-bike riding and practice sessions at Al Badayer Desert. Sand riding is its own discipline: the front wheel wanders, the throttle does more of the steering than the bars, and the technique that works on a track will bury you here. That is why we run it in controlled training areas first.

Complete beginners are usually better starting on a quad or a dune buggy tour, where balance is not part of the problem.

Safety and equipment

Helmet, goggles and protective equipment must be worn for the whole session.
Riding stays inside the designated practice area with the team present.
No alcohol or drugs before riding, and bring valid identification.
Damage caused by reckless riding is chargeable.

Dirt-bike sessions are arranged on request rather than sold as a fixed published package, because availability depends on the machines and the riding area on the day. Can beginners ride a dirt bike in the desert?

Soft sand is an unforgiving place to learn balance on two wheels. We start every session in a controlled practice area, but if you have never ridden a motorcycle at all, a quad bike or a dune buggy is the better first step.

Do you provide the bike and the gear?

Yes. Helmet, goggles and protective equipment are provided and must be worn for the whole session. Tell us your height and riding experience so the right machine is set aside.

Is there a fixed price for dirt bike riding?

No published package at the moment. Availability depends on the machines and the riding area on the day, so we quote each session individually. Send us your date and we will confirm.

Where does dirt bike riding take place?

At our Al Badayer Desert base near Big Red in Sharjah, reached from Dubai on the Dubai–Hatta Road (E44), in designated practice areas rather than the open dune field.
