Why there are no invented testimonials on this page
Any operator can type a glowing quote and attach a stock photo. We would rather point you at the platforms where we cannot edit what is written.
What guests consistently praise
- The driver. Most positive reviews of any Dubai safari are really a review of one person. Ask for a driver by name on a repeat booking — we keep the records.
- Pickup that happens on time. The most common complaint across the whole industry is a late transfer. It is the thing we watch hardest.
- The high-dune photo stop. Guests remember the ridge photograph longer than the dinner.
- Being told what is coming. Nervous passengers relax when the guide narrates the drive.
The two complaints we hear most
- “The dune bashing was shorter than I expected.” A shared evening safari includes around 30 minutes in the sand. If you want longer, book the private morning safari, which runs about 40 minutes, or a private evening vehicle. We would rather set that expectation here.
- “The camp was busy.” Weekends in the cooler months are busy. Either choose a weekday, take the luxury camp upgrade, or book a morning safari, which has no camp evening at all.
Leaving a review
If you have travelled with us, a dated review with a photo on Google helps other travellers far more than anything we could write. If something went wrong, email us before you post — not to talk you out of it, but so we get the chance to fix it.
