BNB Travel & Tours L.L.C. (“we”, “us”) operates sanddunebashing.com and provides desert safari, dune bashing, dune buggy and quad bike activities at Al Badayer Desert, United Arab Emirates.

2. What we collect

Booking details you send us: name, contact number, email, pickup address, number of guests, children's ages, and any medical or dietary information you choose to disclose.
Messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, email or phone.
Technical data your browser sends when you visit this site: IP address, browser type, referring page and pages viewed.

This website has no booking form, no account system and no payment processing. We do not collect card details through this site.

3. Why we use it

To quote, confirm and operate your tour, including passing your pickup address and first name to the assigned driver.
To handle safety requirements you have disclosed.
To answer questions and resolve complaints.
To meet legal, tax and tourism-authority obligations in the UAE.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the driver, activity team and camp operating your tour, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

5. Cookies, embeds and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts load from Google Fonts and the location map is embedded from Google Maps; both receive your IP address as part of those requests. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated to name the provider before that happens.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for the period required by UAE tax and tourism regulations. You may ask us to delete your details outside those legal retention requirements.

7. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@sanddunebashing.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is held on access-controlled systems and shared with drivers and activity staff only as needed to run your tour. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.

9. Children

We collect children's ages only because safety rules depend on them, and only from the adult making the booking. This site is not directed at children.
