1. These terms
These terms apply to every booking with BNB Travel & Tours L.L.C. and to your use of sanddunebashing.com. By confirming a booking you accept them on behalf of everyone in your party.
2. The contract
A contract exists when we issue a written booking confirmation. Prices quoted before confirmation are indicative and subject to availability.
3. Prices
All prices are in UAE dirhams and include VAT where applicable. Prices shown on this website apply to bookings made directly with us and may differ from prices offered through third-party resellers.
4. Your obligations
- Be ready at the stated pickup point at the start of your pickup window.
- Wear a seat belt throughout the dune drive and follow all instructions from drivers and guides.
- Disclose relevant medical conditions and guest ages accurately at the time of booking.
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during any activity.
- Supervise children in your party at all times, including at the camp.
5. Our obligations
We will provide the activities described in your confirmation using licensed drivers and maintained vehicles, and will act with reasonable skill and care. We may vary the route, dune area, camp or vehicle for safety or operational reasons.
6. Assumption of risk
Dune bashing, quad biking and dune buggy riding are adventure activities that carry inherent risk even when operated correctly. By participating you acknowledge that risk. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
7. Limitation of liability
Subject to clause 6, our liability arising out of a booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, onward travel or accommodation costs.
8. Personal property
Bring only what you need. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to phones, cameras, sunglasses, jewellery or other personal items in the desert, in vehicles or at the camp.
9. Conduct
We may end a tour without refund where a guest behaves in a way that endangers themselves, other guests, our staff or our equipment, or who refuses reasonable safety instructions.
10. Damage to equipment
Damage to a quad bike or dune buggy caused by reckless riding, ignoring instructions, or riding under the influence is chargeable at repair cost.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, sandstorms, road closures, government restrictions or civil emergency. In those cases the cancellation and refund policy applies.
12. Photography
We may photograph tours for our own marketing. Tell your guide if you do not wish to appear and we will exclude you.
13. Intellectual property
The text, artwork and code of this website belong to BNB Travel & Tours L.L.C. and may not be copied or republished without permission.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent UAE courts have jurisdiction.
