Rules and requirements

Minimum driving age: 16. Passenger rules depend on the vehicle and package.
Helmet, goggles and protective equipment must be worn for the whole session.
Stay on the guided route and keep the spacing the team instructs.
No alcohol or drugs before or during the ride.
Bring valid identification — it may be requested.
Damage caused by reckless driving is chargeable.

Buggy or quad?

A buggy seats you in a roll cage with a steering wheel and pedals, which most guests find easier than balancing on a quad. A quad bike is more physical and usually cheaper. If you are riding with a partner or children old enough to be passengers, the buggy is the practical choice.

What is the minimum age to drive a dune buggy in Dubai?
